Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Amberfield Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
