Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vale Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 227 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
