Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
