Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Foxglove Forge Telecom is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
