Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Harborlight Summit Construction Group is a Oklahoma City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
