Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Lumen Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
