Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Bright Orchard Farms Partners supplies farm and food customers across the Miami region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 204 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field records.
