Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Farms Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
