Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Clearpath River Markets is a Cleveland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
