Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fox Construction Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
