Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Clearpath Beacon Press is a printer and publisher in Philadelphia serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
