Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Fernwood Rowan Foods is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
