Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Cobalt Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
