Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory.
