Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Telecom and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
