Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Redstone Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
