Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Farms and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
