Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Redstone Haven Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
