Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Amberfield Manufacturing makes precision components in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
