Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Foxglove Bright Construction is a Cleveland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
