Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Lakeside Foods and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
