Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
