Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Summit Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the El Paso region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
