Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom Partners is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 515 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets.
