Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
