Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Redstone Basin Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
