Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pine Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
