Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Drift Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Birmingham area, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
