Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Stonegate Quarry Freight Partners is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
