Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Westbrook Forge Freight is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
