Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Stonegate Pike Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 240 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
