Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Greenridge Nest Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
