Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pine Auto Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
