Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Providence focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
