Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Providence, RI)

Nova Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Providence focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Providence. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
