Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Orlando, FL)

Rivermark Union Foods produces packaged foods at its Orlando plant. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms.
