Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Orlando with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
