Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for project schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
