Silverline Haven Construction is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
