Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Orlando, FL)

Nova Kestrel Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Knowledge of freight terms.
