Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Freight and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 559 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
