Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Wren Freight is a Oklahoma City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
