Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Union Foods is a Oklahoma City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
