Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
