Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Vale Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Minneapolis plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for press runs. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
