Northwind Timber Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 829 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for press runs. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
