Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield Ridge Construction Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
