Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Pine Auto Group is a Las Vegas company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
