Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
