Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Pike Construction Group is a Jacksonville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms.
